At Black Billion, we are committed to delivering premium-quality leather footwear and an exceptional customer experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make every purchase smooth, transparent, and worry-free.
1. Satisfaction Assurance
We stand by the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Return Timeframe
Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible:
* The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
* The item must be returned in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory
4. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
Begin by filling out the Return & Exchange Request Form to initiate the process.
Step 2: Review & Approval
Once your request is received, our team will review the details and email you the next steps. Returned items are inspected upon arrival to ensure eligibility.
Step 3: Resolution
After approval, one of the following will be processed:
* Refund: Full refund to the original payment method
* Exchange: Replacement with the requested size or style (subject to availability)
* Store Credit: A voucher equal to the full purchase value
5. Return Shipping
* Black Billion may arrange a reverse pickup through its courier partners.
* If you choose to ship the product yourself, please share the AWB/tracking number with us at support@blackbillion.in
6. Refund Processing
* Refunds are processed within 5–6 working days after the returned item passes inspection.
* Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
* For bank transfers, customers may be asked to provide bank details for processing.
Note:
Regular-priced and discounted items are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased under Reserve Pairs Sale are final sale and non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
1. Check your bank account or card statement.
2. Contact your bank or card provider regarding processing delays.

8. Cancellation Policy
* Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
* Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
9. Exchange Eligibility
* Size Issues: Exchanges are available for size-related concerns.
* Defective Products: Eligible for exchange or full refund.
* Condition Requirement: Items must be unused and in original condition.
10. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit (voucher) will be issued for the value of the returned item.
11. Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are typically completed within 5–6 working days, excluding transit time.
